We respect your privacy. This site is designed to collect as little data as possible: no cookies, no audience measurement, no advertising, no third-party tracking. This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, for people located in the European Union, on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data processed

• Browsing the site. Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in logs to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site. These logs are not used to identify you or to build a profile.
• Contacting us. If you write to us at info@ion-ict.com, we process the information you send us (name, e-mail address, message content) solely to respond to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation.

Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server: no data is passed to Google or other providers when you browse. Links to external sites (cited sources, clients) are only activated if you click on them; the privacy policy of the site visited then applies.

Legal bases

Our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional site (technical logs); the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract (responding to your requests, quotations); compliance with our legal obligations.

Retention period

Technical logs: according to the period applied by the hosting provider, a few weeks at most, except in the event of a security incident. E-mail exchanges: the time needed to process your request and, in the case of a business relationship, for the statutory retention period for accounting records.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, e-mail), who are bound by confidentiality. If a provider is located outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, data is only transferred to a country offering an adequate level of protection or with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure or portability, object to its processing or request its restriction, by writing to info@ion-ict.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland or, in the European Union, with the authority in your country (in France: the CNIL).

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss and unauthorised access.
